Interview Day

There will be an optional Interview Day on from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. in Bausch and Lomb Center open to employers attending the career fair. Employers may set up individual interviews with students during the career fair.

Register

Register for the Civil Engineering and Construction Industry Career Fair through Career Connect. A career services coordinator will work with your company to determine whether the conference is a good fit or if other recruiting options would be better suited for the needs of your company. Registration for this event opens on July 3, 2023.

Fees

The registration fee is $275 for the fair and includes a skirted table, two recruiters, a six-foot skirted table, and lunch for attending representatives. Additional representatives are $75 per person, up to six representatives. The optional Interview Day registration fee is $25 per representative.

  • If a company cancels their Career Fair Registration 30 days or more before the event, their credit card will be reimbursed through the Nelnet system. 
  • If cancellation requests are received within 30 days or less of the event, fees will not be refunded.

Before Fair

If you plan to ship your display materials in advance, plan to have your materials arrive no earlier than 2 weeks prior to the event and no later than the day prior to the event.

It is advised to track your packages a few days before the event to assure their arrival. Pre-addressed shipping labels (Avery #5168) can be downloaded here, otherwise copy and paste the address below.

Shipped materials will be delivered to your booth the morning of the career fair. Please DO NOT send packages to the Gene Polisseni Center.

After Fair

Have return shipping labels filled out and ready to place on all packages you wish to ship back after the career fair. These items will be shipped out the morning after the career fair, provided that all necessary information is included on the shipping label.

A parking pass has been emailed to event registrants. Please use one pass per company and plan to carpool. Parking is very limited.

Drop off your materials at Gene Polisseni Center. Park in U Lot until spots are full. Overflow parking is in C Lot, next to Grace Watson Hall. 

To get from C Lot to Polisseni Center, there is a walking path behind the dining hall (Grace Watson) and through the trees OR we have a shuttle van. Shuttle Phone Number: 585-475-5473

Employer check-in and set-up begins at 11:30 a.m. Tables are not pre-assigned. It will be first-come, first-served. There are some electrical outlets, which are also first-come, first-served.
