University-Wide Career Fair

With more than 200 academic programs, RIT's University-Wide Career Fair is sure to provide employers with the talent they seek!

The RIT University-Wide Career Fair, sponsored by the Office of Career Services and Cooperative Education, offers our employer partners access to co-op as well as full-time candidates from our diverse portfolio of academic programs. Offered every fall and spring, this popular fair is open to all RIT students and alumni seeking co-op and full-time opportunities.

Interview Day 

There will be an optional Interview Day on September 28, 2023, from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. in Gordon Field House open to employers attending the career fair. Employers may set up individual interviews with students during the career fair.

Interpreting Services

Interpreting Services are provided for the University-Wide Career Fair. The interpreters are located on the first floor, by the field house check-in desk. 

Employer Information

Registration

Register for the fall 2023 University-Wide Career Fair through Career Connect. We will work with your organization to determine whether the event is a good fit or if other recruiting options would be better suited for the needs of your organization.

Registration for this event opens on July 3, 2023.

Fees

The registration fee is $650 for the fair and includes two recruiters, a six-foot skirted table, and breakfast and lunch for attending representatives. Additional representatives are $100 per person. Due to capacity restrictions, companies can only have a maximum of five representatives per booth. The optional Interview Day registration fee is $250 for two representatives and $75 for each additional representative.

This event provides employers an opportunity to tour the engineering-based clubs and teams, including Formula SAE, Clean Snowmobile Club, and more.

  • If a company cancels their Career Fair Registration 30 days or more before the event, their credit card will be reimbursed through the Nelnet system. 
  • If cancellation requests are received within 30 days or less of the event, fees will not be refunded.
Before Fair

If you plan to ship your display materials in advance, plan to have your materials arrive no earlier than two weeks prior to the event and no later than the day prior to the event.

It is advised to track your packages a few days before the event to assure their arrival. Pre-addressed shipping labels (Avery #5168) can be downloaded here, otherwise copy and paste the address below.

Shipped materials will be delivered to your booth the morning of the career fair. Please DO NOT send packages to the Gordon Field House.

After Fair

Have return shipping labels filled out and ready to place on all packages you wish to ship back after the career fair. These items will be shipped out the morning after the career fair provided that all necessary information is included on the shipping label.

There is limited space available in D Lot near the Gordon Field House. Please do not park in any spots labeled RESERVED. Once D Lot has reached capacity, you will be directed to B Lot. Drop off your booth materials at the Gordon Field House first and then proceed to park in B Lot. Shuttles will run on a continuous loop from B Lot to the Gordon Field House. A campus map is available at maps.rit.edu.

Alumni Information

Did you know RIT alumni have full access to the RIT career fairs and Career Connect? Whether you graduated four months ago or five years ago, employers are excited to meet RIT Tigers from all years of experience. Check in with your RIT ID at registration and network with employers, students, and other alumni.
