Career Fair Description for Employers
RIT sponsors a major fall and spring career fair. Both career fairs are held on campus and provide a day for fair activities followed by a day for on-campus interviewing. RIT Career Fairs allow you to showcase your company's products and services, plus meet face-to-face with RIT's students and alumni to discuss employment opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to talk with potential RIT co-op students, graduating students and alumni from all majors. On average, RIT’s Career Fair is attended by over 4,000 students and alumni from 9 colleges.
The registration fee is $495 for the fair and includes two recruiters. Additional reps are $50 each. If you wish to stay the next day to interview career fair candidates, the fee is $125 for 2 recruiters, and additional reps are $50 each.
Each table is 6ft long and will be skirted.
Please visit our Career Fairs at RIT page that highlights all of our fairs (specialized, consortium) and related events (Creative Industry Day).
The University-Wide Spring and Fall Career Fairs are followed by an optional Interview Day. Scheduled interviews are a result of connections you make with students and alumni at the fair. Interviews are conducted in the Gordon Field House. Time slots are typically 30 minutes in length.
