The terms related to the RIT Housing Contract are created to support the university’s calendar and academic requirements like co-ops, internships, and optional activities such as studying abroad. No one else can provide you the on-campus living experience but RIT housing!

Housing Connection is a roommate and RIT housing search service that provides an opportunity for students in RIT housing to post openings in their RIT apartments and University Commons or Global Village suites to advertise for a new roommate. Students can also view postings that Housing Operations has placed on the site.
RIT Housing Operations posts openings in singles and doubles as singles in the residence halls, doubles as singles at the RIT Inn, vacant one-bedroom apartments, vacant studios in Global Village, and spaces in University Commons and Global Village suites in which students can request to be assigned to.
