Instructor-Led Training (ILT)

The Operation Tiger Cloud (OTC) training team are conducting instructor-led training sessions (via Zoom) for the RIT Community between November and January. If your department or area has Workday Trainers providing training sessions to staff, these sessions will likely be redundant and less targeted (i.e. the sessions below are not specific to one department, but focus on general Workday functionality instead).

Workday Wednesdays

Workday Wednesdays are weekly interactive workshops designed to help you get the most out of Workday. Each session features a different presenter sharing practical tips, process walkthroughs, and best practices to streamline your workflows. Whether you’re looking to master core functionality, discover hidden features, or learn time-saving techniques, these sessions are great opportunities to expand your knowledge and discover answers to your common questions.

Sign language interpretation is provided for these sessions. Each session is recorded (review the section below for past workshop recordings and additional resources).
