Katherine is a single mother of five children and has been living in recovery for three years. She became addicted to heroin at a young age and spent many years of her adult life battling addiction. Katherine’s mother, Cindy, raised her three children for five years, and Katherine regained custody of them in 2017. Katherine moved back in with her family after becoming sober and has been trying to rebuild her relationship with her kids and establish her role in their lives as their mom. In April 2020, Levi's father and Katherine's then boyfriend, Aden, was released from jail after serving four months for grand larceny. The couple met in a rehab facility in 2017.
