"The Leadership Academy is one of a kind opportunity that allowed me to immerse myself in teamwork, management, and leadership elements. From facilitating Saunders' first annual Student Leading Business camp, to participating in the Peer Mentorship Program, to facilitating Certificate Programs, I have had the privilege of exploring and employing Situational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence. I have also had the opportunity to network with many industry experts who offered insights into their career journeys and how leadership plays a tremendous and valuable role in it.
