Professor Carnovale is a member of the nationally-recognized Logistics Managers' Index (LMI) research team comprised of experts from Arizona State University, Colorado State, Rutgers University, and the University of Nevada, Reno, along with the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP). The LMI has been featured in Bloomberg's Shipping Storm Hastens Drive to Automate Supply Chains and Wall Street Journal's Lumber's Towering Market; Driven to Stockpile; Delivering Global Shots. Professor Carnovale was also recently named co-editor-in-chief of the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management and the associate editor of the Journal of Supply Chain Management.
The past two years have proven that the supply chain is everchanging and increasingly more complex. This is one of the reasons Saunders recently revised its master of global supply chain management program. Revisions prepare students with strong analytical, quantitative, and leadership skills to design innovative solutions, predict future global trends, and become leaders in the fast-moving business landscapes in the worldwide supply chain system.
