The event will be held on campus on Fall 2020 in the Gene Polisseni Center.
Employers will be able to start setting up their tables at 9:00 am and the floor will be open at 10:00 am for student arrivals. The fair will close at 12:00 pm.
Office of Career Services will host an employer luncheon from 12:00-1:30 pm. This luncheon will give the Faculty and staff from Saunders College of Business an opportunity to meet with company representatives after the fair ends.
Fast-Track your recruiting process by attending this event on September 19th from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Interviews will be conducted in the Office of Career Services and Cooperative Education at the Bausch and Lomb Center at RIT.
This will provide you with one 6-foot table (draped, no backdrop), 2 chairs and lunch for 2 representatives prior to the fair. Attendance to the Interview Day is free of charge for companies attending the Career Fair.
The fee for the Accounting Career fair is $210; all proceeds goes to the students in the Next Generation of Accountants Club.

A parking pass will be emailed to the event registrant a few days before the event. Parking space is limited; we encourage representatives from the same company to carpool if possible.
Q. Do I need a parking pass in order to park?
A. Yes. Registered attendees will receive a parking pass via email the week before the Career Fair.
Q. Will there be internet access in the building?
A. Yes. There will be instructions when you arrive on how to access the RIT wireless network.
Q. What kinds of materials should I bring to the fair?
A. You may bring your company marketing materials; applications if you require them, giveaways are also common.
Q. Is there room for a display?
A. There will be room for a small tabletop display.
Q. How many students can I expect to see?
A. The RIT Accounting program has about 120 undergraduates and about 15 MBA in accounting students
Q. How does Interview Day work?
A. You will receive schedule forms at the Career Fair, where you can schedule students for interviews as you meet them; you will then conduct your interviews on Thursday at the Career Services Office. Lunch will be provided for all recruiters attending Interview Day.
