Since 1998, Adelina has accumulated extensive professional experience across various industries. She has successfully managed diverse teams, developed excellent communication skills, and gained significant expertise in the dynamic field of information technology. She previously served as a lecturer in Systems Analysis and Software Design and E-Business, as well as a teaching assistant in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Prishtina.

For the past decade, Adelina has worked as a Data Manager for an international humanitarian organization. In this role, she has gained invaluable experience in leveraging data to improve the lives of individuals affected by war. Her responsibilities have included undertaking support missions abroad, expanding her expertise in data management, and providing mentorship and support to colleagues.
