The RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Development Department was delighted to welcome alumni to this year’s Alumni Homecoming, an evening dedicated to reconnecting with old friends, celebrating shared achievements, and strengthening the bonds that continue to unite our alumni community.

Originally from Florence, Italy, Mr. Scarito has an academic background spanning literature, linguistics, education, and transformative learning. He holds a BA in Modern Literature from the University of Florence, an MS in Linguistics from Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna, and an MA in Education and Innovation from Webster University in St. Louis, Missouri.

Dr. Sopaj is a political scientist and lecturer specializing in international relations, peace and conflict studies. She holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Kobe University, Japan, as well as Master’s degrees from Kobe University and Jagiellonian University in Poland. Her academic interests include U.S.-Japan and U.S.-Kosovo relations, with a particular focus on diplomacy and security.
