At RIT Kosovo, we take pride in providing students with real-world opportunities that shape their future careers. One such inspiring story is that of Lona Arifi, a TIVE scholarship recipient, whose life changed after participating in our Gala fundraising dinner in May 2024.

Lona, who is majoring in Economics and Management, delivered a heartfelt speech at the Gala about how the scholarship she received gave her access to a top-tier education at RIT Kosovo. Her speech resonated with key figures in attendance, including representatives from ProCredit Bank, leading to an invitation for an interview—and eventually, an internship position at the bank.

We are very sorry to hear of the loss of General Sir Mike Jackson, a key figure in the Kosovo conflict and a leader of peace efforts in the Balkans.
Our thoughts are with his family during this difficult time.

Korab Jashari, Jona Gecaj, Jona Berbatovci, and Artesa Qela, dedicated sophomore students from RIT Kosovo’s Computing and Information Technologies (CIT) program, have achieved a significant academic milestone by contributing to the prestigious book “Big Data Analytics and Intelligent Applications for Smart and Secure Healthcare Services”, which is indexed in Scopus. Their research, conducted under the mentorship of Dr. Debabrata Samanta, focuses on the transformative potential of artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies in reshaping agriculture, healthcare, and their broader socio-economic impacts worldwide.

We are proud to highlight the inspiring journey of Bonart Ajvazi, a distinguished RIT Kosovo alumnus, and the dynamic force behind Three60 Music and 360 Media, two thriving companies based in Prishtina. Three60 Music serves as a record label offering comprehensive support to artists, while 360 Media specializes in digital content distribution. Bonart’s unwavering passion for music drives his mission to empower artists with the necessary tools and guidance to succeed, all while ensuring they maintain their artistic authenticity.
