Dardan Hajrizi (Student Life Coordinator) and RIT Kosovo's Student Government representatives, Rron Ahmeti (Vice President) and Donika Gjini (Secretary) attended the Student Government Consortium which was held on RIT Dubai's campus this year.
Dr. Kamal Shahrabi, President of RIT Kosovo, hosted BRIDGE graduates during the closing ceremony, with the notable presence and address of His Excellency, the U.S. Ambassador to Kosovo, Mr. Jeffrey M. Hovenier. The event included the participation of U.S. Embassy Representatives, Partners, and RIT staff. The focal point of the day was the distribution of certificates to program graduates, a moment marked by enthusiasm as the students' accomplishments were celebrated. The pinnacle of excitement and pride was reached during the presentation of Bridge Awards to outstanding groups from each municipality, contributing to an atmosphere charged with positive energy. The ceremony concluded with remarks from Ms. Kelsey De Rinaldis, the U.S. Embassy Deputy Public Affairs Officer, and Dr. Ines Bula-Bunjaku, the BRIDGE 1 and 2 Project Manager at RIT Kosovo.
In this paper prof. Muharremi elaborates how strategic narratives determine the understanding of politics and justice, and how such narratives can be deliberately constructed to achieve political ends through judicial means by instrumentalizing international criminal law and courts. The concept of strategic narratives is discussed through an inter-disciplinary perspective exploring the impact on international criminal justice.
In the series of #ErasmusDays2023 events, RIT Kosovo – beneficiary of four Erasmus+ capacity building projects and several international credit mobilities organized the Everyone in Everything event which gathered several stakeholders at our premises. We had the honor to host the Mayor @Perparim Rama from @Municipality of Prishtina, and @Mimika Dobroshi, the head of the @Kosovo Erasmus+ Office, among our students, and faculty members.
