RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) contracts with Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), to deliver RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) undergraduate and Master’s programs.

RIT, which was founded in 1829 in Rochester New York has grown to a student body of over 21,000, and offers numerous academic programs that focus on the uniquely American concept of career education, which is a hands on, experiential system for creating "workforce ready" graduates in business, technology, and industry.

With a national and international reputation for excellence, and long experience in Eastern Europe, RIT currently has degree-granting programs in Croatia, Albania, and United Arab Emirates in addition to Kosovo and Rochester, New York.

Pioneers in utilizing corporate partnerships in higher education, RIT, and now RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) students are engaged in serious practical work experience in functioning enterprises throughout their education. A central element of the program is the development of leadership skills and the practical application of economics and business expertise, through partnering with appropriate institutions and firms in Kosovo and around the world.

Students who successfully complete the RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) program earn an RIT degree, a degree that is recognized worldwide. At RIT Kosovo, students can pursue a Bachelor of Science in Individualized Program, a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Technologies, or a Master of Science in Professional Studies: Data Analytics.

All RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) faculty members uphold RIT’s high academic standards. Our teaching team is composed of experienced RIT professors, along with highly qualified faculty from Kosovo and around the world, all approved within their discipline by RIT. A high premium is placed on experienced faculty who can blend effective classroom leadership and interactive dialogue with rigorous intellectual content. All faculty hold at least a Master's Degree, with most faculty holding a Ph.D. in their field.

In addition to the innovative approach and quality faculty, RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) students have complete access to RIT's vast online library and other academic resources. All students also receive a notebook computer, free of charge, to support continuous exchange with RIT faculty outside of the classroom for mentoring, coursework, debate and consultation.

RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) academic degree programs are administered by the SOIS: School of Individualized Study (SOIS), Golisano College of Computing and Information Sciences (GCCIS), and the College of Engineering Technology (CET).
