I began my academic career as a lecturer at International Business College Mitrovica (IBC-M), where I gained valuable experience in teaching and working with students from diverse academic backgrounds. I later joined the University of Applied Sciences in Ferizaj (UShAF), where I currently serve as an Assistant Professor.

In addition to my position at UShAF, since January 2022, I have been working at RIT Kosovo as a lecturer of Contemporary Chemistry, an elective course that introduces students to fundamental concepts of chemistry and their applications in everyday life, science, and technology.

Throughout my academic career, I have been actively involved in teaching, student mentoring, curriculum development, and academic activities. My educational background in Environmental Science, combined with my teaching experience in chemistry and applied sciences, has allowed me to work across interdisciplinary areas connecting science, technology, the environment, and society.
