Debating and deliberation of issues that concern a society are essential processes in building a democratic society. We encourage and educate our students to become active members of the society and participate in public deliberation and debating of issues that concern the society.
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) offers a venue for an open debate forum to discuss various issues of concern in the Kosovar society and, on regular basis, invites Kosovar and international guests for a discussion with our students and other participants.
To nominate speakers for RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Forum, please fill in the application form below. You will be contacted should the Forum Committee need further information on the speaker. When nominating a speaker please take into consideration that there are only a few forums held during the academic year, and that RIT Kosovo seeks to host speakers that are competent, accomplished and respected leaders in their fields.
Approval Process
- Marketing Department
- Upon receiving the request, the Marketing Department checks whether there are any scheduling conflicts. If not, the department forwards the request to CAO for administrative staff requests and/or Dean of Faculty for academic staff requests.
- Chief Administrative Officer
- For administrative staff requests, the Marketing Department will forward the request to CAO for approval.
- Dean of Faculty
- If the request is received by academic staff, the Marketing Department forwards the request to the Dean of Faculty for approval.
Upon approval, the request will be forwarded to the Event Coordination Specialist for further coordination.
