Advancing Micro-Credentials through International Collaboration in Skopje

In late February, INTRABUILD project partners gathered at Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje for a productive study visit dedicated to advancing the development of short courses and micro-credentials. The visit served as an important milestone in strengthening academic cooperation and enhancing innovative teaching approaches across partner institutions.

Participants benefited from valuable mentorship provided by FH JOANNEUM, alongside the experienced academic staff of Ss. Cyril and Methodius University. These sessions fostered meaningful exchange of expertise, supported the refinement of course concepts, and contributed to building a shared vision for flexible, skills-oriented learning opportunities.

A key highlight of the visit was the tour of the Technical Campus of UKIM, where participants explored a range of state-of-the-art facilities. These included the FABLAB, Students Formula initiative, Business Accelerator UKIM, Smart Learning Factory Skopje, and the Industrial Design Laboratory. The visit provided valuable insight into how these environments promote hands-on learning, innovation, and entrepreneurship among students.

Overall, the study visit reinforced the consortium’s commitment to developing high-quality, future-oriented educational offerings while strengthening collaboration between institutions across Europe.
