APEL Roundtable in Kosovo – RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.)
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.) was actively represented at the APEL Roundtable organized in Kosovo on April 21, 2026, within the framework of the APEL-WB project (Accreditation of Prior Experiential Learning in the Western Balkans), in cooperation with MAShTI, the University of Prishtina, and with the support of the Erasmus+ programme.
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.) was represented by:

The roundtable brought together representatives from higher education institutions, policymakers, and other relevant stakeholders, providing a structured platform for discussion on:
- the implementation of APEL in Kosovo
- institutional and legal challenges
- opportunities for the recognition and validation of prior learning
The discussions emphasized the importance of developing flexible and inclusive pathways in higher education, aligned with lifelong learning principles and European standards.
