Dr. Fisnik Reçica Joins RIT Kosovo as Adjunct Faculty in Economics
RIT Kosovo is proud to welcome Dr. Fisnik Reçica, an experienced economist and development professional with over 22 years of expertise in market systems development, financial sector analysis, and economic research.
Dr. Reçica holds a PhD in Applied Economics from Staffordshire University, UK, with a focus on innovation and enterprise performance in transition economies. His research has been published in reputable journals and covers innovation and export performance, foreign equity investments, and the economic impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in Kosovo.
As an Adjunct Faculty member at RIT Kosovo, Dr. Reçica teaches Monetary Analysis and Policy, bringing practical insights from his extensive career in economic policy and market development. Since 2010, he has lectured on topics including Macroeconomics, Microeconomics, International Trade, Corporate Finance, and Innovation Management, while also supervising master's dissertations.
Beyond academia, Dr. Reçica is the Country Director of Swisscontact Kosovo, where he leads strategic operations, manages multi-sector projects, and oversees a team of 40 professionals. His work focuses on private sector development, financial inclusion, innovation, and business growth strategies.
