RIT Kosovo Welcomes Diella Rugova Begolli as New Faculty Member
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.) is proud to announce the appointment of Ms. Diella Rugova Begolli as a new faculty member in the field of International Law & Organizations.
Ms. Rugova Begolli brings over 15 years of expertise in legal and regulatory reforms, institutional development and policy analysis. She earned her LL.M. in Commercial Law from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and an LL.B. from the University of Prishtina Law Faculty, and she is a licensed lawyer, having passed the Kosova Bar Exam.
Throughout her distinguished career, she has served in senior advisory roles, collaborating with local institutions and international partners to advance reforms in construction, inspections, trade and digital processes. Among her notable contributions, she worked on the process of formalizing unpermitted constructions in Kosovo - an initiative that helped release an estimated €1.2 billion into the formal economy.
At RIT Kosovo, Ms. Rugova Begolli is committed to guiding students in developing critical thinking, analyzing international frameworks, and applying legal principles to real-world policy challenges. Her teaching approach integrates practical case studies and comparative perspectives, ensuring that students are prepared to engage in the complexities of global legal systems.
