RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.) is proud to announce that Dr. Ermir Rogova has joined its faculty as a full-time professor in Computing and Information Technologies.
Dr. Rogova is an accomplished academic with more than 20 years of experience in higher education. He holds BSc, MSc, and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Westminster in London and a Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE) from the University of Cambridge.
Before joining RIT Kosovo full-time, Dr. Rogova spent seven years as a lecturer at the University of Westminster and held teaching positions at the University of Prishtina, the University of Prizren, AAB College, and Iliria College.
His research interests focus on Knowledge Discovery, Data Warehousing, Online Analytical Processing (OLAP), Online Transactional Processing (OLTP), and Data Mining. Dr. Rogova has published numerous papers in international journals and conferences and has co-authored books with leading researchers in the field.
Beyond his academic career, he has held leadership roles including dean and vice-rector at several institutions in Kosovo. He currently serves as the Deputy Head of the Science Council at the Ministry of Education, Science, Technology and Innovation.
At RIT Kosovo, Dr. Rogova’s expertise and leadership will further strengthen the university’s mission of providing world-class, technology-driven education.
