RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Alumni Homecoming: A Celebration of Connection and Impact

The RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) Development Department proudly hosted the much-awaited Alumni Homecoming event, bringing together over 320 alumni for an unforgettable evening of celebration and reconnection. This event marked RIT Kosovo (A.U.K)’s commitment to strengthening its vibrant community and honoring the exceptional contributions of its graduates.

The evening began with a warm welcome from Arlinda Hajdari, our Alumni Engagement & Events Coordination Specialist, followed by inspiring words from Xhavit Gashi, Chief Development Officer at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K). Special remarks were shared by Michael E. Hess, CEO of RIT Kosovo (A.U.K), and Premtim Shaqiri, President of the RIT-K Alumni Association, setting the tone for a night full of celebration.

The rest of the evening was filled with great music, delicious food, and amazing company — the perfect way to reconnect and celebrate our incredible alumni community.

The event also provided a platform for networking, reflection, and celebration of the university’s growth. Alumni reconnected, recalled, and forged new collaborations, reinforcing the strong, lasting community of RIT Kosovo (A.U.K).

Additionally, we want to extend our honest thank you to all alumni who donated and purchased hoodies, with the proceeds going directly toward scholarships to support future students. Their generosity makes a lasting impact and strengthens the university’s mission of providing accessible education.
