RIT Kosovo Launches Third Cohort of Alumni Mentorship Program for Students and Alumni
RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) is pleased to announce the launch of the third round of the Alumni Mentorship Program, an initiative designed to strengthen the connection between alumni and current students while supporting their academic, personal, and professional development.
The program brings together RIT Kosovo alumni and students in a structured mentorship experience, creating meaningful opportunities for guidance, knowledge sharing, and career exploration. By connecting students with accomplished alumni across different industries, the program helps students gain practical insights, expand their professional networks, and better prepare for their future careers.
Through this initiative, alumni play a vital role in shaping the next generation of professionals by sharing their experiences, offering advice, and supporting students as they navigate academic and career decisions.
Program Highlights
The Alumni Mentorship Program offers a structured yet flexible framework that encourages ongoing engagement between mentors and mentees:
- The program runs throughout the academic year
- Each mentor is matched with 1–3 students
- Mentors and mentees are expected to meet at least twice per month (online or in person)
- Discussions may focus on academic guidance, career advice, and personal and professional development
Opportunities for Alumni Mentors
RIT Kosovo alumni are invited to join the program as mentors and contribute to the growth of current students by sharing their professional journeys, insights, and experiences. This is a unique opportunity for alumni to give back to the RIT Kosovo community, strengthen alumni engagement, and help guide future graduates.
Opportunities for Student Mentees
Students participating as mentees will benefit from personalized guidance and mentorship from experienced professionals. The program provides an opportunity to gain valuable career insights, build confidence, and establish meaningful connections with alumni who once walked the same academic path.
