RIT Kosovo Student Turns Co-op Experience into a Full-Time Career at Tive, Inc.

RIT Kosovo (A.U.K) proudly celebrates the success of Era Ahmeti, a fourth-year student who turned her Co-op experience into a full-time position at Tive, Inc., a leading U.S. company specializing in real-time shipment visibility solutions.

Era joined Tive, Inc. through the RIT Kosovo Co-op program, which provides students with hands-on industry experience in both local and international companies. Demonstrating exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, she was promoted to Reverse Logistics Representative.

Reflecting on her journey, Era shares:

"Earning a full-time position at Tive has been an eye-opening and rewarding experience. As a Kosovo citizen, it’s incredible to be part of a successful American company, working alongside a diverse, global team and gaining insight into different cultures. I’ve learned so much about supply chain operations and process optimization, but the most valuable lesson has been the importance of having each other’s backs. At Tive, teamwork is everything—it sharpens problem-solving skills and fosters collaboration at every level."
