RIT Kosovo Welcomes Dr. Arsim Ahmedi to Teach in the MSc in Professional Studies: Data Analytics Program

RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.) is proud to welcome Dr. Arsim Ahmedi as a new faculty member in the MSc in Professional Studies: Data Analytics program, where he will be teaching the graduate course ISTE.780.500 – Data Driven Knowledge Discovery.

Dr. Ahmedi holds a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Manchester (UK), where his research focused on power electronics reliability and renewable energy systems. He also earned an M.Sc. in Power Electronics, Machines, and Drives from the same institution, graduating with distinction and receiving the Best Student Award.

With extensive international experience, Dr. Ahmedi has served as R&D Wind Electrical Engineer and Topic Leader at TotalEnergies OneTech (Paris) and as Power System Engineer and Consultant at Siemens AG (Germany). His professional expertise includes renewable energy integration, high-performance computing, and data-driven modeling for complex power systems.

At RIT Kosovo, Dr. Ahmedi brings a unique blend of industry and academic expertise, equipping graduate students with advanced analytical skills to uncover insights from data and drive innovation in technology and sustainability.
