Research Publication Approval Form

This form ensures that any research and/or publication conducted by RIT Kosovo faculty members is reviewed for credibility, accuracy, and proper indexing before being shared on RIT Kosovo’s communication channels.

Approval Process

The request is submitted by the faculty member who conducted the research and completed the publication.

  • If the request is submitted by a faculty member, it is received by the Marketing Department, which then forwards it to the Program Head of the corresponding program (SOIS or CIT).
  • If the request is submitted by a Program Head, the Marketing Department forwards it to the Associate Dean for approval.
  • If the request is submitted by the Associate Dean, the Marketing Department forwards it to the Dean of Faculty.

After final approval, the Marketing Department prepares and publishes the content on the appropriate platform(s).

This process ensures that all public-facing information related to faculty research is high-quality, credible, and aligned with academic indexing standards. Publications and research shared on behalf of RIT Kosovo must uphold and reflect the institution’s reputation and academic integrity.
