The College of Liberal Arts (CLA) is starting the search for its next dean. Dr. James Hall, dean of University Studies and executive director of SOIS, and Dr. Caroline DeLong, professor, Department of Psychology, have agreed to serve as co-chairs of the search committee comprised of faculty, staff, and students from the college as well as key university partners. A full list of the committee members is below. They will be assisted by the national executive search firm Isaacson, Miller and represented by Greg Esposito. It is anticipated that the search committee will submit its recommendations to the provost and senior vice president for Academic Affairs by the end of March and that a new dean will be in place for the start of academic year 2021-22.
