RIT’s School of Communication has appointed Tracy Worrell, professor of communication, as its new director. The previous director, Kelly Norris Martin, is now associate dean of faculty and staff affairs in the College of Liberal Arts.

Major changes have been implemented to ensure the Master of Science in communication degree is more accessible, affordable, and competitive with benchmark schools.

Roughly one person in four has a fear of public speaking, but the anxiety can be reduced if you know just what to say, how to organize, begin or end. RIT’s Expressive Communication Center strives to help students better prepare to deliver speeches and presentations.
