Stanford Energy Postdoctoral Fellowship - Applications Close on October 1st!

The Stanford Energy Postdoctoral Fellowship aims to identify, develop, and connect the next generation of energy leaders from science and engineering to policy and economics to address the challenges of the global energy transformation through interdisciplinary approaches.

We are looking for a diverse cohort of applicants to further their work on sustainable energy, broadly defined. We will select up to ten fellows every year for full financial support, including a salary of $85,000, benefits, and funds for research and development.

Fellows in this program benefit from dedicated professional development and community-building programming that will prepare them to address global energy challenges.

Sustainable Future Grant Program: Submission Deadline September 20, 2024

In 2022, the ACS launched the ACS Campaign for a Sustainable Future to advance chemistry innovations in addressing the challenges articulated in the U.N. Sustainable Development Goals (U.N. SDGs). This multifaceted initiative will have lasting impacts on how we conduct research, how we teach chemistry, and how we collaborate globally. One of the key initiatives of the Campaign is the Sustainable Futures Initiative Grant Program (SFIGP) which provides catalytic funding for early and mid-career faculty interested in developing a research and teaching portfolio that contributes directly to developing transformative chemistries that address the U.N. SDGs.

GrantForward Webinars Scheduled for September

Sponsored Research Services has scheduled two webinars for GrantForward, our searchable funding opportunity database, in the month of September that are free for all RIT community members to attend.

Attendees are asked to register via the links enclosed for either date and will receive the zoom meeting link upon registration.

NSF MRI Limited Submission Deadline Extended

The deadline to submit your proposal to RIT's NSF MRI limited submission has been extended to September 7th at 5pm.

Those interested in proposing must access the submission link through GrantForward under an RIT affiliated account.
