100 Hour Project - Into the Wormhole

RIT's 3D digital design program went into the wormhole with 12 teams of students designing their own corner of spacetime. The project was for the program's 100 Hour Project, an annual community-building event that challenges students to make an animation based on a prompt.

The 2024 theme of "Into the Wormhole" explored interpretations of a wormhole, a hypothetical structure connecting disparate points in spacetime that is based on a special solution of the Einstein field equations. Each of the 12 unique points in spacetime were stitched together into one dimensional journey. Enjoy!
