Packaging Design/ GRDE 431 Fall Semester 2024

April 30, 2025 Graphic Design and Industrial Design Teams Faculty: Lorrie Frear

Interdisciplinary teams created innovative packaging solutions for two clients during the semester.

The first project was sponsored by the Strong National Museum of Play. Each team created innovative paperboard packaging solutions to attract a new audience to one of two Hall of Fame Toys: the Ball and Jacks, or the Rubber Ducky. The second project was led by FUTUREBRAND, where teams were challenged to create engaging paperboard packaging for their own Slime product.

Busy Bee Slime Co. and Moleculabs Glitter Slime received Silver Addy awards in 2025.
