Industrial design MFA alumnus Pete St. John led the creation of two elements of The Strong National Museum of Play’s permanent exhibition “ESL Digital Worlds: Level Up.” This exhibit immerses visitors in an array of interactive video game environments.

Clyde Eiríkur Hull, Ph.D., professor of management at Saunders College of Business at the Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT), is an internationally recognized expert in and proponent of circular economy (CE). CE is non-wasteful: nothing goes into a landfill because everything left over is reused by the business or sold to someone else.

Twelve RIT alumni have been honored with Distinguished Alumni Awards for the 2023-2024 year. The Distinguished Alumni Awards are presented annually by each of RIT’s nine colleges, the School of Individualized Study, and the RIT Graduate School to alumni who have performed at the highest levels of their profession or who have contributed to the advancement and leadership of civic, philanthropic, or service organizations.
