⚖️Workplace Conflicts
Start with Your Manager: Your immediate manager is your first point of contact for addressing workplace conflicts. If you’re uncomfortable raising the concern directly, reach out to your HR Business Partner or the Ombuds Office for guidance and support.
📄Sexual Harassment, Discrimination, and Sexual Misconduct
Title IX Office: Report concerns involving unwanted behavior based on sex, gender, sexual orientation, or gender identity involving any member of the RIT community.
🛡️Policy Violations
Office of Compliance and Ethics (OCE): Report concerns or incidents of alleged policy violations related to discrimination or harassment based on protected categories, retaliation for engaging in a protected process, or conflicts of interest.
💼Anonymous Reporting
Ethics and Compliance Hotline: RIT offers a confidential and anonymous hotline, EthicsPoint, operated by independent third‑party NAVEX, for reporting suspected misconduct or violations of university policy, law, regulation, or contractual obligations.
🎓Concerns About a Student’s Well‑being
Tiger Concern Report: Use this form to report a student’s behavior that is concerning, worrisome, or threatening from a health and wellness context.
