CO-OP Opportunities given to RIT Kosovo students

Student - Blend Ejupi walking out of the Interview.

Knowing the importance of Experiential Learning (CO-OP) for our education system at RIT Kosovo, students are being given the chance to gain a professional experience at companies whom we as an Institution have a partnered with.

At a recent event organized by Arlinda Hajdari our Career Coordinator in partnership with Pollenbee  a London based Company managed by a RIT Kosovo alumnus. RIT Kosovo students and alumni were assisted and supported throughout all the hiring process within campus.

From the candidates whom Pollenbee interviewed, three were hired and given the opportunity to join their team.

Blend Ejupi a current student is one of the newly hired intern staff at Pollenbee. Blend has now shared his work experience and states:

So far my experience has been working with a highly professional dedicated team whom I have been engaging my daily duties with. I came across this position as an internship through the assistance of Arlinda and this internship is helping me enhance my professional skills by giving me the opportunity to put my knowledge and skills developed at RIT Kosovo (A.U.K.) into practice. I am grateful for the opportunity that has been given to work and receive the experience that is required to complete my co-op”.

RIT Kosovo is one of the only institutions that has experiential learning within its curriculum. Therefore, RIT Kosovo is open to all students for assistance in offering support towards their experiential learning careers, by finding partner companies offering to take students as interns.
