Bio
Dr. Gashi Tresi holds a Ph.D. in Management and Organizations from the University of Ljubljana, Slovenia. She received her MBA in International Business from Saunders College of Business at Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) in Rochester, New York, and her bachelor’s degree in Business Development and Management from RIT Kosovo (RITK).
At RITK, Dr. Gashi Tresi teaches management and business-related courses, including Managing the Workforce, Learning Organization, Exploring Innovation, Principles of Marketing, and Advertising Principles. She has more than 15 years of experience teaching management and business courses at the university level. In addition, she served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Saunders College of Business at RIT for more than five years.
Beyond her academic experience, Dr. Gashi Tresi has more than 12 years of experience in project management, contributing to and managing projects in academic and organizational settings.
Her research interests include work–family balance, self-efficacy, leader–member exchange, job crafting, and organizational citizenship behavior.
