Student Life Event Approval Form

 

Bringing student events to life.

This form is designed to ensure that all student-led events on the RIT Kosovo campus are reviewed and approved in advance. It supports the coordination of events that align with the institution’s values, standards, and operational procedures while encouraging student engagement and initiative.

Approval Process

The request is submitted by the students at least a week before the event, who provides all necessary details related to the budget request.

  • The request is received by the Student Life Coordinator who reviews the request and initiates the budget approval process based on the specifics provided by the students.
  • Once the budget is approved, the Student Life Coordinator informs the requester regarding the final status of the request.
