Project Goals and Objectives

The INTRABUILD project aims to foster a transformative and inclusive university culture that supports intrapreneurship and connects internal innovation with external entrepreneurial activities. It will train 100 academic staff and students from Management, Humanities, Arts, and IT departments in Kosovo and Albania, equipping them with skills and knowledge in intrapreneurship. The project will initiate Academic Intrapreneurship Empowerment and Intrapreneurship Ignite in Albania and Kosovo, targeting both students and faculty under the mentorship of EU partners. Key outputs include a policy paper on intrapreneurial mechanisms for universities, a research study on intrapreneurial skill development, and the creation of IntraSphere, which is a dedicated space fostering intrapreneurial collaboration and innovation on campus.
