Saunders Places 31st in Employment Outcomes by Poets&Quants

Saunders College of Business’s undergraduate and graduate portfolio is internationally ranked and recognized, placing 31st for employment outcomes of their graduates in the Poets&Quants list of best undergraduate business programs, 2024. In the overall assessment, Saunders ranked #59.

Poets&Quants (P&Q) emphasizes that “One of the biggest factors for students who pursue a business degree is the jobs they can reasonably expect to get after graduation.” To assess employment outcomes, P&Q considers the following regarding the 2022-23 graduating class: percent of job-seeking students who secured full-time employment within 90 days of graduation; average total first-year compensation; and percent of students who had internships before their senior year.

The complete P&Q ranking covers 91 full-time undergraduate programs in the U.S. The assessment is based on admission standards (33.3%), academic experience (33.3%), and employment outcomes (33.3%). P&Q points out that “there are nearly 700 undergraduate business programs accredited by the AACSB. The business schools singled out in our ranking are all extraordinary, each in the top tenth percentile of accredited schools.”

Notably, Saunders also placed 61st in admission standards, and 72nd in academic experience among top U.S. business schools.

Saunders is continuously innovating its curriculum to respond to the ever-changing world and to help students engage in critical thinking and strategic problem solving. Students can major in areas such as marketingmanagement information systems (MIS), supply chain managementhospitality and tourism management (HTM), and various other business majors and minors.
