Roxann is an Associate Director for External Outreach and Special Projects, where she plans and implements STEM-related activities in conjunction with the NTID Regional STEM Center (NRSC). She works collaboratively with faculty and staff leaders internally and externally, as well as community leaders involved in planning and carrying out Outreach activities, including the supervision of 30+ professionals and 40+ student workers over 4 weeks each spring/summer annually. Roxann also provides coordination, leadership, and support to these activities, including, but not limited to, grant-funded activities. Roxann has been with RIT since 2000, initially as a student and returning as an employee in 2016, proudly representing as an alumna employee.
