Dr. Robert Osgood is an Associate Professor at the Department of Biomedical Science at RIT whose research interests lie mainly in quantitative methodologies used to accurately count cariogenic organisms of the oral cavity, probiotics, and biofilm associated bacterial causes of middle ear infections in children. Dr. Osgood also teaches Microbiology of Health and Disease, Intro to Infectious Diseases, Clinical Microbiology, Oral Microbiology, and Biomedical Research at RIT.
