POSITION SUMMARY:

Our goal-oriented and action-centered approach is based upon proven
behavioral and therapeutic techniques that maximize clients' abilities to
reach their fullest potential. We provide intensive treatment to children and
adolescents with behavior challenges via a combination of evidence-based
treatment and client/family centered counseling and coaching.

FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serving as liaison between the Executive Director, clinicians and
paraprofessional staff

• Serving as liaison between WCS and other service provider agencies

• Overseeing the quality of care and implementation of service

• Ensuring documentation and program standard compliance with all relevant
regulatory agencies

• Providing direct clinical supervision to program therapists and
paraprofessional staff regarding clinical strategies and client treatment
planning

• Providing leadership, motivation and direction to foster teamwork within
the program

• Responding to parent/family concerns and determining appropriate
resolution

• Recommending to the Executive Director, changes or revisions in policy
guidelines that would enhance service delivery

• Participating in the interview process and making recommendations for
hiring of clinical staff

• Oversee referrals

• Visit Springfield office regularly



Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience working with children with behavioral issues

· A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling or other clinical related
field

· Must be licensed at the Independent Practice Level in your discipline
(LMHC, LICSW, etc.)

· A minimum of conversational fluency in American Sign Language required,
with native, or near-native ASL fluency preferred

· Ability to keep high level of confidentiality

· Ability to effectively handle multiple projects

· Time flexibility with some availability during evening hours required

· Routine travel and in-home visits required

· Regular visit to Springfield office
