FSSL

Description

The FSSL program offers a variety of formal and informal ASL and Deaf culture learning opportunities for NTID and RIT faculty and staff for development of basic through advanced ASL skills.

We offer tutoring, which is a series of one-on-one meetings between the faculty or staff member and an ASL instructor. Together, they analyze specific aspects of the faculty or staff member’s ASL and work on improvement. Tutoring service is an essential tool to improve your expressive and receptive skills, prepare for your ASL evaluation and better understand key ASL parameters or a particular topic.
