Bio
Susan Murad is the director of public relations and technology transfer at Rochester Institute of Technology’s National Technical Institute for the Deaf. She has more than 30 years of experience in public relations, marketing and integrated communications in the higher education, banking, tourism, and non-profit sectors.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations and journalism from Utica College of Syracuse University, and a master’s degree in marketing and human resource management from RIT.
