Bio
Skip Flanagan is the NTID Athlete Development Program Coordinator, providing oversight of deaf/hard-of-hearing student-athletes competing within RIT Athletics, Club Sports, Intramurals & Recreation, Wellness, and external athletic programs. Flanagan serves as a staff advisor for NTID's Deaf Basketball Association, Deaf Volleyball Association, and TigerFest.

Community Development in Athletics
3 Credits
This course offers a unique perspective into leadership within the sports community. Students will learn about sports philosophy, characteristics of athletic leadership, and group dynamics. Team communication strategies and the cultivation of community of athletes will also be discussed.
