Work with Us to Grow the Skilled Workforce You Need
At the NTID Center for Workforce Development (NCWD), we help employers strengthen their teams through inclusive, skills-based training and connections to qualified deaf and hard-of-hearing professionals. As a nonprofit resource, we collaborate with businesses to upskill current deaf and hard-of-hearing employees or identify job-ready deaf and hard-of-hearing candidates who bring technical expertise and diverse perspectives. Beyond training, NCWD supports successful workplace inclusion through customized transition services—including onboarding assistance, communication strategies, and onsite consultation—to ensure long-term success for both employers and employees.

These resources were developed by the NTID Co-op and Career Center (NC3), which serves as a dedicated partner to employers seeking skilled, job‑ready talent. NC3 supports deaf and hard‑of‑hearing students, graduating students, and alumni as they prepare for co‑ops and full‑time employment, and they collaborate closely with employers to connect them with highly qualified candidates who bring strong technical skills, diverse perspectives, and a commitment to excellence.
