Sarchet and West present on AI in Deaf Educational Leadership
Thomastine Sarchet-Maher, assistant professor, and Russell West, visiting assistant professor, both in the Department of Deaf Education, presented “AI in Deaf Educational Leadership: Framing the Conversation for Ethical and Practical Use” at the Council of Educational Administrators of Schools for the Deaf Conference in Minneapolis. The session examined ethical considerations, leadership responsibilities, and Deaf-centric perspectives for adopting artificial intelligence in Deaf education settings.
