Angela Dingle

Angela Dingle is Founder of DEAFCYBERCON, an online collaborative environment and ecosystem designed to create career opportunities for deaf women in cybersecurity. An award-winning business owner, she brings 25+ years of experience consulting in the public and private sector. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies across the globe, national non-profits, state, local and Federal Governments to help them achieve their security objectives.

Dingle also is CEO of Ex Nihilo, a management and technology consultancy that helps companies protect themselves against cyber threats. She holds an MS in Management Information Systems from Bowie State University, a BS in Computer Science from DeVry University, is Certified in the Governance of Enterprise Information Technology (CGEIT), and is a Certified Management Consultant (CMC).

She is the author of “Discovering Your Girl Powers: 10 Strategies to Build Confidence, Charisma and Credibility.” She is currently serving as Acting CEO of Women Impacting Public Policy (WIPP), is Chairman of the Board for the Institute of Management Consultants (IMC) USA, a member of ISACA, and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
