Thousands of RIT students meet with 250 potential employers at the annual fall university-wide career fair.

Hundreds gathered in front of RIT’s Student Hall for Exploration and Development (SHED) at sunset to capture the latest Big Shot image on Sept. 20.

The RIT campus was filled with joy over the weekend as thousands of graduates received their degrees during the university’s 139th commencement.

A futurist 3D-modeled poster featuring a whimsical, futuristic workshop was selected as the winning entry in this year’s Imagine RIT: Creativity and Innovation Festival poster contest. 

Nearly 4,000 RIT students looking for co-ops, internships, or full-time employment attended RIT’s University-wide Career Fair. Recruiters from more than 250 local, regional, and national employers were on hand.

The 2023-2024 theatrical season featuring a partnership between RIT's School of Performing Arts and the Department of Performing Arts at NTID will include a celebration of Deaf rap and hip hop, an adaptation of Hamlet, a multimedia dance production, and several immersive theatrical performances, among others. 

The RIT community came together on Nov. 6 to shine a light on voting rights and equal rights as part of RIT's 35th Big Shot, one of the university's signature events.

Roughly 4,000 RIT students and alumni came to RIT’s university-wide career fair today in search of co-ops, internships, or full-time employment. Recruiters from nearly 230 local, regional, and national companies, including Thomson Reuters, Kodak Alaris, Collins Aerospace, L3Harris, and O’Connell Electric Co., were present.

“Shaped by the American Dream: Deaf History through Deaf Art,” featuring more than 140 works celebrating the Deaf American experience, is on display through April 21, 2023, at the Dyer Arts Center at RIT/NTID.

The 2022-2023 theater season will feature dance, theater, musical, and poetry performances throughout the academic year.
