2021 Ice Wine & Culinary Experience

RIT Catering will be featured at Casa Larga Vineyards' Ice Wine Culinary Experience from 3:00-4:30 p.m. on March 6 and 7, 2021. Experience five ice wine-inspired and infused courses created by RIT Catering. 

The menu includes:

  • House-made pastrami sandwich topped with swiss cheese, ice wine slaw, and finished with an ice wine mustard on marble rye. Served with ice wine pickles
  • Spinach salad with baby spinach, blue cheese, shaved red onion, strawberries, and spiced pecans finished with a peach ice wine vinaigrette
  • Caramelized onion and bacon ice wine potato salad
  • Chilled cucumber and dill ice wine soup
  • Honey panna cotta and ice wine gelée cups
