If you have ADHD, or think you might - these workshops are for you. Each week, we’ll come together for real talk on practical, neurodivergent strategies for successfully navigating attention problems in college. Focus, motivation, forgetfulness, disorganization, moodiness, daytime sleepiness - if you experience it, we’ll cover it. The workshop topics vary by week, so check out Campus Groups to pick the weeks/topics that are right for you. Or, come to all of them for the connection and support of other people who understand that the struggle is real! The workshops are all drop-in and virtual, so come as you are when you need it! We look forward to seeing you there!

This workshop is provided virtual for your convenience and safety. Link will be sent upon registration.
