It’s maple sugaring season! Come join Tom Connelly, director of Outdoor Education, as he teaches you about maple sugaring, how to do it yourself, and the sugaring that is happening right here on RIT's campus! Learn about maple trees, collecting sap, and how to convert maple sap to delicious maple syrup. This is a free event open to all of the RIT community. This event will take place on the grounds of the Alumni House and be entirely outside, so dress for the weather, and have footwear for mud. Pre-registration is available but not required . All participants will be checked-in on arrival.
